Justin Daubenmire - BSC Games

Email: <JustinD@BscGames.com>

My name is Justin and I am owner/founder of [WWW] BSC Games. I have been developing commercially sold accessible computer games for several years now. My main interest in developing accessible computer games is business management. I thoroughly enjoy managing and operating my company. I have started an interest group specifically for this aspect of accessible computer games InterestGroupBusinessManagement for all developers to participate in. Feel free to stop by, check it out, and contribute anything you would like. Input is extremely welcomed!

I program accessible computer games using Microsoft DirectX technologies. A good interest group for this is InterestGroupDirectx which I head up as well. Please feel free to check it out and all developers are welcomed and encouraged to contribute!

Latest Projects

We are currently working on an online multiplay RPG game called [WWW] CastleQuest or cq for short.

A second title we are currently working on is called the Void. The Void is a fast-paced first-person 3D audio gaming experience set in the distant future. The Void will be something along the lines of Alien vs. Predator minus the graphics.

About Me

A little personal information about me... I am blind and work full-time as a web developer at my day job. Web developer meaning programming web applications for clients such as search engines, shopping cart systems, and any sort of custom application a business might need. I program in all Microsoft technologies using asp, asp.net, vb 6, vb.net and am a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in course 70-305. I am pursuing my MCSD in .net and should have it completed in about a year.

So in addition to working full-time as a web developer, I opperate BSC Games part-time. I should say though, part-time is more like full-time since it requires a lot of my time weekly/daily as you well know being an accessible games developer yourself.

I am married and have two children/boys! Hopefully they will enjoy programming as much as I do *grin*.

If you have any questions for me, feel free to write me any time useing my email on this page.
